I started as a receptionist at a healthcare advertising agency 12 years ago and worked my way through the copy department ranks. Along the way, I discovered that what I love most isn't just writing—it's collaborating, problem-solving, and creating campaigns that make people say, "you get me."
These days, my favorite part of the job is helping my team grow into amazing writers and creatives. Because the best ideas don't come from one person in a room—they come from bringing the right people together and giving them space to do their best work.
